The first teams match of the Club was flown on Saturday. The birds were liberate i at 1 o'clock on Saturday at Wellington. The owners have to trap the three birds before the time is taken. The following is the result:— V*'. Hoar's team— Ked ch hen, "Red Ribbon," blue rock cock "AutograDh." blue ch hen "Beetemall,' velocity 674 yards per minute 1 A. Miller's team—Blue rock No. 130, blue ch pied No. 175, blue ch No. 54, velocity 763 yards per minute 2 H. Biihngton's team—Red check hen No. 55, mealy cock No. 119, red check cock No. 59, velocity 670 yards per minute 3 First prize, Clab irophy; second prize, J. Bradbury's trophy. Judge, Mr W. Dowling. The "Oaks" is to be flown on Tliorpday next, (hamper on Tuesday ne::t) from Kaikora North
