Taylor v. F. Galyer, £4 14s 6d, costs 13s. Richard Petersen v. Jovepb Williams, claim £l2, half commission on exchange of properties Mr D. K. Logan for plaintiff, Dr Trimble for defendant. Plaintiff stated he had introduced the business to defendant, who had promised to share the commibJon with him if the deal came off. Defendant denied any agreement to share the commission. Judgment was entered up for de fendant with costs.
