RIOTiNG IN PERU AND ECUADOR.

Rioting in Peru and Ecuador having this week threatened to precipitate war, King Alfonso of Spain, arbitrator in the frontier dispute, has enjoined the Cabinets at Lima, Peru, and Quito,f/Ecuador, to adopt a mutually, conciliatory, attitude.
