Progressive Federation declared that tie Het Vnllt, the Orangi Unie, and the Afrikand r Bond are now regarded ai one party. However witling Ger.efal Botha Transvarl Premier had been to operate with the Progressive pary, his retrograde followers were too strong. Sir George F.irr ir advised the Progressives to reorganise under Dr. Jameson, Progressive Leader. Their opponents, he said, were fighting among therm el ves for thr Premiership. He urged South Africa to share in the cost of he Imparjal Navy.
