Frozen Meat. —New Zealand and Australian lamb is in good demand, with a firm market, whilst the market for New Zealand mutton ia firmer, with an active demand. The market for New Zealand beef, for which there is a fair demand, is weaker. Present quotations are as follows: — New Zealand prime ox beef, fores 3|d, hinds 4Jd; New Zealand prime crossbred lamo, Canterbury heavy 5H light s|d; North Island, heavy 5Jd, light sfa; New Zealand mutton, prime Canterbury, heavy 4£d. light 4fd; North Island, heavy 4&d, light 4£d; Australian good average quality crossbred lamb, heavy sd, light 51; Australian prima crossbred mutton, heavy 3gd, light 4d. .
