Own Correspondent. TENUI, Priaaj. The President of the local branch of the Farmers' Union (Mr H. A. Nevins) entertained the members and their friends at a picnic at Annedale yesterday. The weather was unsettled, but there were a large numbtr of people present. Mrs Nevins had the surroundings so bright and cheerful that the dark cloud 3 in the sky ware soon forgbten. The lunch was spread in the shearers' dinning room, and after a hearty lunch had been partaken of, the crowd adjourned to the wool shed. The piano had been carried down from the house, and after a number of indoor games had been played, the music struck up, and the laige crowd enjoyed two hours' dancing.
