OLD AGE PENSIONS BILL. PASSED BY PARLIAMENT. CHIEF REPUBLICAN ASSET. J United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph Capyright, Received April 1, 9 a.m. PARIS, March 31. The French Parliament has passed the Old Age Pensions Bill. The taxpayers are to contribute £5,520,000 in the first year. The Government's critics complain that Germany pays £2,600,000 for a system, including persons, allowances for incapacity to work. f The Bill is the chief Republican asset at the elections, for which there are'2,soo eandidater.
