Received March 31,-11.35 p.m. NEW YOKK, March 3L All the railroads comprising the Pennsylvania System have followed the Pennsylvania Railroads example of increasing the wages of their employees by aix per cent. The increase will affect ,195,000 men, and add .£2*000,000 to the' Companies' pay-roll.
