Jackson for a fee of 7s 6d, alleged to be due on a general account lor consultation and services. Defendant opposed {he elaim personally, but his Worship, after hearing the evidence, gave judgment for plaintiff for the amount claimed, with costs amounting to 6s. In tbe case James Sydney Dawson (Mr G. H. Cullen) v. William Murphy (Mr C. A. Fo,vnall) claim £6 17s 6d, plaintiff was nonsuited with costs £5 lis. JUDGMENT SUMMONSES. The following orders on judgment surnmonseswere made:—A. J. Alpass and Co. v. Moana Paratene, 16s 6d, order made lor payment forthwith, in default twenty-four hours' imprisonment; C. F. Gawith v. G. M. Oldsv. W. Kebble, £1 13s, order made for payment forthwith, in default three days' imprisonment; Jas. Whittaker v. Thos. Maloney, £6 15s, order made for payment within fourteen days from date or in default seven days' imprisonment; Boyd and Cuokv. Jeremiah (Heremaia) Fitzgerald, £6 10s lOd, order made for payment within fourteen days from date or in default seven days' imprisonment.
