A QUESTION OF REPRESENTATION. Received March 17, 9.20 p.m. r LONDON. March 17. The Agents-General have unanimously resolved to suggest to their Premiers that tie State should qd- ■ vance their claim to representation at the Imperial Conference with a view to recognition of constitutional rights by the admission of the State Premier or their nominee, to the 1911 -CDnference, so that the States may ■£e represented in discussion on such ■ as the appointment of State Governors, immigration and other masters upon which the Common- • wealth representatives have no right to speak for their States. The gen
eral opinion is that the present time favourable for again advancing ■ ■the claim with a view to harmonious *•• relations between the States and the Commonwealth. 1
