The New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Co., Ltd., have received the following cablegram from their London house:-As compared with last sales closing rates prices are lower about five per cent for medium and coarse greasy ;_cro .shreds. The demand on American account is not restricted. General opinion is that market liKely to improve later in the year.'
