MESSRS NICOL AND EDWARDS.
Mr J. R. Nicol. who recently sold his auctioneering businass to Messrs McQueen and Son, of Dunedin,-has decided to remain in the land agency business, and has taken into partnership with him Mr S. R. Edwards, who previmie ly had charge of the land department of Mr Nicol's business. The new firm have secured premises in Queen ttreet, next to Mr J. Carpenter's, and will enter into possession towards the end of the month. The firm will devote the whele of thtir attention to the land agency, and trey have already on their lioiks a 'plendid selection of town Hivi fn ntry properties.
