ACCIDENT WITH A BIPLANE.

LONDON, March 13.
At Bornsted, a Siemen's and Schuckert's bi-plane, carrying an engineer and two passengers, failed at a height of fifty feet. A side wind simultaneously struck the machine, which turned a somersault, and fell on the occupants. The engineer's thigh was fractured. His companions were not seriously injured.
