ARRESTED IN LONDuN
Received March 14, 10 p.m. LONDON, March 14.
Vinsijak Savarkar, an Indian law ■tudent, landed at Newhaven, and was arrested in London on an extradition warrant, charging him with sedition in India. He will appear at the Bow Street Police Court to-day.

McKenna's (First Lord of the Admiralty) cordial references to Herr Hullweg's declaration, and adds trnt as Britain conEiders onlv her own needs, so the construction of fe German fleet is based solely on the view that defence and shelter must be created for the sea interests that have grown of great importance to Germany's existence as a State.
