4> A SENTENCE. Received March 13, 5 p.m. LONDON, March 12. Mr F. W. Horner has been sentenced to six weeks in the second division for hoaxing the "Daily Mail," (A cablegram from London, under date February 3rd, stated that Mr F. W. Horner, who was Unionist M.P. for North Lambeth from 1900 till 1906, but only polled 108 votes in the latter year, had been committed for trial on a charge nf telegraphing to the "Daily Mail," under the name of a local correspondent, false news respecting Mr LloydGeorge's reception at Falmouth on January Bth).
