THE PATTERSON BANKRUPTCY.
By Telegraph—Press Association. NAPIER, March 9. A civil action, the Assignee in Bankruptcy v. Lavinia Patterson, claim for restitution of moneys alleged to have been wrongly transferred to defendant by her husband, J. J. Patterson, solicitor, of Dannevirke, which has occupied the attention of the Supreme Court for, two days, was struck out by agreement this afternoon, a settlement havirg been arrived at by the parties. The defendant has consented to pay the Assignee between £3,000 and £4,000 for distribution among her husband's creditors.
