KILLED BY A TRAMCAR.
By Telegraph—Press Association. WELLINGTON, March 4. A man named John Judd, aged 55, had his shoulder fractured and hip dislocated, and some ribs broken, through being knocked down by a tramcar this afternoon. He v as taken to the Hospital, where he died four hours later. The deceased had been employed at Kaiwi, in the Nelson district, as a butcher, but had been in Wellintgon during the past few months. At present nothing is known about deceased's relatives.
