I GERMAN ADMIRALTY ESTIMATES. PASSED WITHOUT DEBATE. United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph Copyright. BERLIN, February 25. The Budget Committee of the Reichstag passed without debate, the Admiralty Estimates, totalling four and a quarter millions sterling, for new armaments.
[ AMERICAN BUILDING. WHAT MR TAPT FAVOURS, TWO BATTLESHIPS EVERY YEAR TILL 1315. NEW YORK, February 25. President Taft, speaking in New York, said he favoured the building nnually of two ,'battleships of 25,000 tons"each until the completion of the Panama Canal in 1915.
