THE LATE PREMIER.

Lord Cromer, ex-Minister Plenipotentiary to Egypt, in a letter to the press, pays a high tribute to the late Boutros Pasha, Egyptian Premier, who was assassinated. He says Boutros was a most capable Minister, and a true patriot. A fouler crime was rever committed.
