France has threatened to seize the Customs unless Mulai Hafid at an early date ratifies the agieement made between Elmskri, his financial agent, and M. Pichon. "Le Temps" asserts that one of the Manneamann brothers has gone to Fez to urge Mulai Hafid to resist the French claims, thus infringing the German Government's declaration.
