ALLEGED LIBEL.
T. H. LOWRYv. "NEW ZEALAND TIMES." By Telegraph—Press Association. WELLINGTON,£February 17. A writ has been served on the "New Zealand Times," at the instance of Mr T. H. Lowry, cf Hawke's Bay, claiming £2,00 C damages for alleged libel in connection with a report which appeared in the "Times" describing the race for the New Zealand Cup. The case is set down for hearing at Napier in June.
