VICTORIA'S RAILWAYS.
NEARLY ANOTHER ACCIDENT AT BEAUFORT. Received February 18, 12.30 a.m. MELBOURNE, February 17. Another narrow escape from: an accident to a eooda Train, near Beaufort, is repot t.<i. The brakes failed to act, and a van containing four passengers was derailed. The occupants were much shaken.
