COMPLETELY EXONERATED. LONDON, February 13. Knowlden, the draughtsman ar rested on a charge of removing from the ship Vernon plans, sketches, and portions of the vessel's naval wireless telegraphic system, was released on his own sureties. The court is satisfied he had no criminal intent.
