A FRENCH JACK THE RIPPERSIX MURDEKOUS ASSAULTS. BELIEVED TO BE A MAD MAN. United Press Association-By Electric Telegraph Copyright. Received February 10 8.45 a.m. PARIS, February 9. Paris has been thrown into a state or ttrror through the actions, of a French "Jack the Kipper," who roams the streets by night. Six men and boys have been murderously attacked with a big knife. The assailant is supposed to be a madman. He does not attempt tn rob his victims.
