A HINDU SUSPECT.

SUPPOSED DESIGNS ON ROYALTY. CAIRO, February 4. A Hindu, alleged to be a confederate of the man sentenced at Bombay last week, has been located in a Cairo hotel, where he was supposed to be awaiting the arrival of the Duke of Connaught aiid family, who sre going to East Africa on a hunting expedition. The man's movements were highly suspicious.

The Singapore police warned the Cairo auborities of the man's pretence, and he was closely shadowed. He fled, embarking for Naples.
