HOLLAND'S NEUTRALITY.

AMSTERDAM, February 4,

Replying in the Dutch Senate to a question by Senator Van Heecker, the Dutch Minister for Foreign Affairs, Dr Van Swinderin, refused to ask for a further declaration of guarantees that Britain and Germany, in the case of war, would respect tne integrity and neutrality of the Netherlands. The Minister added that the integrity of the country was sufficiently guaranteed. The declaration has received attention, owing to Germany's supposed designs on Holland.
