Messrs Abraham and Williams, Ltd., report on their Johnsonville sale as follows*—We offered a good yarding of prime bullucks and sheep, which sold readily at late rates. Best bullocks, £8 12s 6d to £8 17s 6d; lighter, £8 7s 6d to £8 10s; fat cows, £4 7s 6d to £4 15s; fat heifers, £4 to £4 6s; prime wethers, 13s 6d to 13s 7d; good wethrr-, 13s; extra heavy ewes, 13s 9«i, good ewes, lis 6d to 12s 2d; prime dhorn lambs, lis 7d; good lambs, 10s to 10s 3d.
Messrs Abraham and Williams, Ltd., report on their Masterton stock sale held " yesterday as follows: There was a very large yarding of sheep and a medium one of cattle, which met with a good sale, and we have to report a total clearance. Sheep: Shorn lambs, 7s lid Jo 8s 4d; medium lambs, 4s 6d to 6s id; cull iambs, Is 9d to 3s Id; fat ewes, lis 3d; fat wethers, 12s 7d; 2-tooth wethers 10s to lis Id; s m. ewes, 6s 6d to 7s 9d; cull ewes, 4s 6d to 6s, Cattle: 2£ to 3£-year steers on account H. G. Williams, Esq., £5
15s; 2-year steers, £4 5s to £4 10s; fat cows, £3 2s, £3 3s, £3 17s to ■£4 15a; cows in milk, £4; yearling heifers, £2 10s; weaners, £1 6s 6d. Our next sale will be held on Monday, Februarv 14tli, owing to Wednesday being the second day of the Masterton Show. We have several very good lines of wethers and ewes to offer.
