LATE MR SEDDON
MEMORIAL IN ST. PAUL. Received February 2, 8.40 a.m. LONDON, February 1. The Duke of Argyll will unveil the Seddon Memorial in St. Paul's Cathedral on the 10th inst.
memorial consists of a panel in bronze, the work of Mr G. J. Frampton, A.R.S. It will be placed in the crypt of the cathedral, adjoining the bust of the late Sir George Grey.
