MEAT BOYCOTT.
EXTENDED TO CANADA. . Received January 31, 9.25 a.m. OTTAWA, January 30. The newspapers state that the meat boycott has extended to Canada. Several hundred people at' Toronto have pledged themselves not to eat the meat'until the price is lowered.
