HINDU ARRESTED AT BOMBAY.

A Hindu passenger by the steamer Sydney, from Marseilles, who was arrested at Bombay, carried a revolver and a prescription for making bombs, arid seditiousjpamphlets were concealed in a false-bottomed box. He has been sentenced to imprisonment for two and a half years for importing arms without a license
