HAWKE'S BAY EDUCATION BOARD.

By Teiegraph—Press Association. NAPIER, January 27. The Hawke's Bay Education Board to-day passed a resolution to the effect tiiat it was desirable that each Education Board sho'uld be represented by one ot its members at the coming General Conference on Education convened by the Government.

The Hawke's Bay Education Board have appointed Miss Agnes S. Vernon, of Invtrcargill, as instructor of dressmaking and cookery.
