Special to the Age. PALMERBTON N.' January 13. Messrs Abraham and Williams, Ltd., report on their sale to-day as follows:—We offered good yardings of both sheep and cattle. Sheep were very dull of sale, and were practically all passed in under the hammer. We managed to quit a good line of wtthers privately. Cattle met with a very brisk sale, and we have to report a total clearance. We offered several very nice lines of fat heifers on account of Mr C. E. Tatterspll, Kairanga, which made from £3 3s 6d to £5 Is. A line of forward bullocks on account of the same vendor realised £6 2s, and a truck of fat bullocks £7. We quote: —Sheep: 2 tooth forward wethers, 9s 6d; fat ewes, 9s; forward bullocks, £6 2s: light fat bullocks, £7; steers from £4 7s 6d to £4 12s 6d; fat hpeyed heifers, 51s to £5 0s 6d to £4 3s 6d; fat cows, £4 19s; Ayrshire heifers in calf, £3; weaners, £1 to £1 3s 6d; springing heifers, £3 16s; store cows, 30s to £3 13s; bulls, £1 to £2 2s 6d; cows in milk, £3 to £4. .
