REVOLUTIONARY MOVEMENT. RINGLEADERS ARRESTED. United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph Copyright. Received January 13, 8 30 a.m. LISBON, January 12. It is semi-officially stated at Lisbon that the Government has discovered secret revolutionary societies in the different centres, supplied with firearms, explosives, daggers and masks. The movement is stated to be directed against the Monarchy. Four ringleaders have been arrested.
