PRISON REFORM.

In accordance with its scheme of prison reform the site for the reformatory farm has been selected by the Justice Department at Tokanui, near Hamilton, on the North Island Main Trunk railway line. The inspector of Prisons, Dr. Haye and Rev. Kayll, will visit the place in a few days' to take steps towards bringing the farm into operation,
