MASTERTON CLUB.

Owing to the altered holiday arrangements it has been decided to hold the vvairarapa Open Championship and Handicap Tournament, to be played on the local courts, on Saturday and Monday, 22nd and 24th inst., instead of on the 21st and 22nd inst. A large number of leading players are expected from all parts of the district, and another successful meeting may be looked forward to. Southern visitors will now be able to return by the special train leaving Masterton at 5.30 p.m. on the 24th inst. Entries close with the hon. Secretary, Mr A. R. Sclanders, on Saturday, 35th inst.
