SCULLING.
By Telegraph—Press Association. WaNGANUI. January 5. All arrangements are now complete for the sculling handicaps, the first heats of which will be rowed tomorrow afternoon. Some fine sculling is anticipated, as all the men are in good form, and the handicaps are said to be just. Interest is being taken in the meeting of Arnst and Fclton, who has thirteen seconds start. Felton is Arnst's equal physically, and has a fine Haeney is alsc rowing well and is expected to win hn heat. It is thought that Mitchell or Green will give Webb a tough job to beat them. The weather is good, but interest in the handicap does not appear to be intense.
