BOWLING.
NORTHERN TOURNAMENT. Hy Telegraph—Press Association. WELLINGTON, January 3. The Council of the Northern Bowling Association met to-night in connection with the annual tournament, opening in Wellington next week. It was decided to play three games of 21 heads each on, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, in full rink matches. Pairs matches will be played on Tuesday (four games), leaving Friday and Saturday for the finals of rinks and pairs matches.
