FIRE ON A STEAMER.
PASSENG&RS UNAWARE OF THE FAGT. Received December 30, 9 a.m. LONDON, Decmuer 29. The Oceanic Steam Navigation Company's steamer Celtic, 20,y04 tons gross, arrived at Liverpool w.th a consignment of cotton in one of her hob's on fire. Tie vessel had 400 passengers on board, hut they were ignorant of the outbreak.
