THE RECENT CONFERENCE. NEW ZEALAND AGREES TO THE RECOMMENDATIONS. Received December 29, 10.25 a.m. MELBOURNE, December 29. The Federal Prime Minister, Mr Deakin, has received a cable message from Sir Joseph Ward, Prime Minster of New Zealand, accepting the recommendations of the Wireless Telegraph Conference recently held in Melbourne, and at which New Zealand was represented.,
