SLY GROG SELLING.

TWENTY-ONE CASES AT WAIHI. By Telegraph—Press Association. WAIHI, December 22. At the Police Court to-day, before Mr Burgess, S.M., twenty-one cases for sly grog selling and keeping liquor for sale were heard against eleven persons. Ten pleaded guilty, and were fined in sums ranging from £loto £.50, totalling £SBO. One accused had disappeared, and a warrant was issued for his arrest. , s He is said to have left the country.., All liquor seized in connection with the cases were confiscated.
