Anything which hfc undertakes he can always be relied •upon- to successfully carry it out Recognising that there were few of more importance to Mas • certon than factories and mills, wherein the raw material is elaborated into the finished product ready for the markets, Mr Daniell long ago established a wood ware factory and planing mills here, whereby many skilled mechanics are permanently employed. His weekly pay roll totals to a very considerable earn. The hardware store in Queen street carries a stock of general furnishings which is not excelled*, if approached, in any inland town in New Zealand. Hardware of every •description, household necessaries, oilcloths, and linoleums, high class .silver and electro-plated ware, gardening utensils, paperhangings, paints of all descriptions, travelling trunks, and hundred of other lines are stored and classified in this establishment. Residents within the Wairarapa and beyond its borders ■ draw on this store for supplies, and the ever-increasing list of customers' testifies to the general satisfaction given. In connection with building department Mr faniell permanently engage the services of an architect. The erection of buildings is undertaken in any part of the district, and having an immense stnck of seasoned timber to draw upon clients can rely on getting a thoroughly satisfactory building from the essential points of materal and workmanship.
