DRIVER. THE MAGICIAN.
An advertisement in another column states that Mr T. W. Driver, the well-known conjuror, magician, and p Dirit-medium exposer, has secured t.ie Town Hall for Boxing night ahd following evening, when assisted by Mdlle. Nellie Driver and Kudarz, the prestidigitateur, be will present his clever and interesting entertainment. A contemporary says: Mr Driver will be remembered was the gentleman who challenged Bailey, the Melbourne spirit medium, and the public have not forgotten that Driver subsequently gave a performance-in Wellington before an immense audience, and under rigid tests produced apports similar to those produced by Bailey. As a conjuror Mr Driver is in the front rank of his profession, and has been greeted by large and enthusiastic audiences wherever he has appeared, while the press have given the performance unstinted praise.
