Moi^lay. A fire at an early hour this morning completely gutted the, wooden premises in High street occupied by Mrs C. H. Giles, as a restaurant, and owned by Mrs Callister. When discovered the flames had a good hold. The brigade did good work, notwithstanding the fact that they were hampered for the want of a good pressure, this not being obtained until sometime after they had commenced l£o combat the flames. The building i£s insured for £250 in the Alliance ipffice, and the furniture, etc., for i£loo in the Norwich Union.
