It was eventually decided to hold the Fair on Thursday, March 3rd, about a fortnight after the Ram Fair un the present Showgrounda. The matter of canvassing for donations of stock for the Fair was discussed, and members generally promised to give all the assistance in their power towards making the Fair a success.
