KIEL DOCKYARDS FRAUD.

PUBLIC PROSECUTOR APPEALS.

Received December 7, 8.5 a.m. ► BERLIN, December 6. With regard to the acquittal of the dockyard officials at Kiel who were charged with frauds alleged to invulve a sum of £50,000, the Public Prosecutor will appeal.

The verdict, it is alleged, was due to the discovery that the administra tion at Kiel is so inefficient that it was impossible to prove the case.
