ANNUAL REPORT. FAVOURABLE OUTLOOK. Received December 7, 10.20 MELBOURNE, December 7. The report of the Kauri Timber Company fihows that the gross profits total £98,369. Aiter deducting costs of management and other contingencies, the net profits amount to £41,224. It is proposed to declare a dividend of 8 per centum, and to carry forward £23.533. The new mill is working woll, an J has largely increased the company's producing facilities. Large deliveriia of logs are coming fo.ward. Tbs conditions are more favourable than at this time last year.
