PARLIAMENT.
By Telegraph—Press Association. WELLNIGTON, December 4. The House met at 10 o'clock; today, when the Inangahua County Council Bill was called for the second reading. The Premier objected to the pro - vision for the extension of railway, and contended that the Bill was not a local Bill. The Speaker ruled that it was. The Premier said the matter wasso important that he would later on move to question the Speaker's ruling, and take the view of the House. Hon. R. McKenzie moved the adjournment of the debate. Sir Joseph Ward seconded the motion, and it was carried by 27 votes to 2ii.
