Messrs Dalgety and Co.npany, Ltd., Wellington, have received tie fallowing cable message fron London, dated 25th intt.:—" vVool sales continue firm and lately reported rates are fully maintained. Since our cable of 23rd instant cmrse crossbred wools have advance J 5 per ce..t."
Messrs Levin an! Cj., LtJ., havj received the following cabie fromtheirJLondon axe tits, dated 23rd November, 1909:—The wool sal s have opened. Merino and crorsl reds generally have oper.ed on a par with the cloiing rates of last series There is a poor selection of wools generally. For oarse crossbreds thj market is firm with an upward tendency.
M*?S3rs Abraham and Williams, Ltd., have received the following cable from their London agents, under date 23rd inst: —The sales have opened with a large attendance of buyers and good competition. Prices for fine and medium crossbred unchanged but very firm, coarse crossbred 2 J per cent up, whilst merinos are firm.
