Carter, Carterton, wrote aoplying for the position of instructor in oil and water color painting and drawing at the Masterton Technical School,, as he understood the position was shortly to be vacant.. The Education Department forwarded capitation payment from June 7th to August 28th amounting to £55 17s 9d.

The secretary of the M aster ton A. and P.. Association notified that his committee did not anticipate any difficulty in arranging tor a suitable supply of wool, for the woulclasses next year.
