UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN. BRITAIN AND GERMANY. INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE TO BE SUMMONED. Received November 26, 8.35 a.m. LONDON, November 25. Ir. is announced that an understanding has been reached between Britain and Germany regarding the Congo, and that an international conference will shortly be summoned.
The Chamber of Commerce of
Bremen has sent a message of sympathy to the British Primate, endorsing the resolutions in regard ti the Congo passed at the recent meeting in the Albert Hall.
